- REPORT 144: SIGNIFICANT REDUCTION OF DENTAL PLAQUE
(30 Dec 2019). This case too is beyond the scopes of hypnology; a physical training initially aspecific but now (after several experiments) rather specific seems linked to a significant natural and spontaneous decrease of dental plaque, and the time spent by the dentist for teeth cleaning decreased from the usual twenty minutes to just five minutes; unfortunately, one case doesn't allow to state anything conclusive, but, on the contrary, it definitely allows new beginnings of research and progress along unexplored and very promising and exciting paths.
- A CHESS MASTER GRASPED THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN PSYCHOLOGY AND HYPNOLOGY!
(30 Nov 2019). A long time ago, Bobby Fischer, one of the best chess players of all times, told the following to the Washington Post, on the eve of the Spassky match, when he was asked if it were true that he was on edge: "I don't believe in psychology. I believe in good moves". Very very interesting.. I would say hypnogenic! Meditate, my friends, meditate!
- FRIDAYS FOR FUTURE?
(25 Oct 2019). In my opinion the idea of reducing CO2 emissions (which means, by the way, reducing also the number of humans and animals, both great producers of CO2) is wrong, because CO2 emissions are not a problem but, on the contrary, a great tool for making our planet greener.. in fact plants use light energy to survive and grow, and this is possible because they have the chlorophill, which traps the sun light and builds organic compounds (that is substances containing carbon) from two ingredients: water and carbon dioxide; therefore the best way to reduce carbon dioxide emissions is simply to increase the number of plants (which is, by the way, a very natural and ecological intervention). In short, it is not assured that the promoters of this CO2 reduction are actually fighting for a better future, but this is not at all their fault, because those who control the mass media gave these promoters enough visibility for making them believe that they are people awakeners and unstoppable leaders, while, unfortunately, they risk to be just temporary puppets exploited in a very clever way. And this would certainly be a bad type of mass hypnosis.

- NEVERENDING HYPNO-BULLSHIT
(30 Jul 2019). I have read (here: www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-6299049/Did-hypnotist-treated-Adolf-Hitler-spark-World-War-II.html) the following question: did a hypnotist who treated Adolf Hitler for shell shock in 1918 by using his "desire to be like a God" help spark the Second World War? And then: "Dr Edmund Forster is said to have treated Hitler for blindness after World War I, the 'treatment' supposedly inspired Hitler to want to lead Germany to greatness, and Dr Forster is claimed to have killed himself in 1933 realising what had happened". My reaction: ahahaha! Why? Because today, during 2019, the possible failure of Deutsche Bank could quickly become a major crisis for the entire global financial system, and because the trade surplus of Germany is turning out to be an increasing issue with the U.S. and other trade partners as well, and also within the European Union. Rather confusing, isn't it? But it is intentional, in order to better introduce the explanation: the above tendency to greatness is obviously within German people and culture.. its' so clear and historically evident.. moreover, remember that manipulative techniques like hypnosis are nothing more than dumb toys, especially when compared to the complexity of the human being; I mean, in other words, just to remove any doubt, that a hypnotherapist who believes to be able to control hypnotic subjects, or, even worse, to cure them, is like a jackass that believes to be a genius.
- THE CASE 143 CERTAINLY CHANGED ITS OWN BIOLOGICAL FUNCTIONING
(29 Jun 2019). In biology it is well known that for example the so-called pathogens actually need to meet a proper organism in order to cause a disease; therefore there are two defenses: 1) killing or weakening these germs, which is a cure of the illness, and 2) modifying the body and making it not suitable for the pathogens, which means to become immune; the case 143 has developed a shield of the second type, because the germs that after a meal were able to cause a very bad halitosis within five minutes, now are no longer able to do so even after half an hour, and the "person 143" says: "I'm feeling different, but I don't know how"; moreover the person is now able to partially control muscular cramps, that is to get rid of them very quickly through an unusually extended self-control of the pertinent neuro-muscular activities; now my problem is that I have still no ideas of how to figure out what exercises are getting these results and why; the mystery is becoming more and more interesting.
- FOLLOW-UP OF THE REPORT N. 143
(16 May 2019). With the help of a very competent yogi I have found several acceptable explanations of why certain physical exercises improve psychosomatic conditions or worsen them; moreover all the changes are clearly reversible; the person of the report 143 accepted to become an experimental subject and to cooperate for my research, and thus it has been possible for example to induce the beginning of a panic attack within a couple of minutes, and also to resolve it by reversing the technique; also, the person learned in few minutes both to induce the panic and to remove it without any help; finally a very peculiar yogini allowed me to watch her doing an impressive exercise on abdominal control, but in order to learn how to execute it one has to practice for months or even years; in fact the exercise is for me very difficult and frustrating, because it gives me the feeling that my body is lacking the neuromuscular circuits that are necessary for the execution of that exercise, which seems impossible to us (my experimental subject and me).
- CONSEQUENCES OF THE REPORT N. 143
(25 Apr 2019). The most mysterious and therefore most attractive part of this extraordinary and fortunate experimental case (the report 143) is to figure out why only a certain set of exercises works; I am investigating the idea that the link between physical exercises and energy centers could be the key to identify the effective exercises, because in fact when this criterion of choice of exercises is employed, that is the body as a cluster of energy centers and fluxes, then the results arrive immediately; for now the only sure thing is that the problem to be solved is a brainteaser, but the right way is the holistic-energetic one.
- REPORT 143: SPONTANEOUS RELEASE OF A SOMATIZED NEUROSIS
(21 Mar 2019). This case is at the limits of hypnology, or perhaps even beyond those limits (for this reason I have not defined it as hypnological in the title), because here the somatized anxiety has been eradicated from the body in 24-48 hours in close association with the mere execution of three purely physical exercises combined together; the very violent temporary physical reactions to the exercises indicate a cause-effect relationship between exercises and healing; all the three exercises can be potentially dangerous if they are not performed with caution (after adequate warming-up and low-effort simulation, with slow and gentle action, stopping at the first alarm signal, and then doing a prolonged warming-down), and they can cause injuries to the deep muscles of the back, to cervical vertebrae, and to some internal organs; they are a yoga asana that normally is not taught, a very demanding exercise for the neck, and a forced ventilation technique combined with peculiar contractions. The progressive execution of the three exercises by the subject produced only slight annoyances in the evening with an excellent nocturnal sleep, but when he woke up the next morning there was a very deep pain inside the chest, and so widespread that he could not understand if it was a pain in the heart, in the lungs, or in the dorsal vertebrae, or in the stomach or in the pancreas.. the only certain thing was that it was a pain never felt before and absolutely devastating, but so strange in quality and nature that it even aroused curiosity; the simple act of inhaling or exhaling brought the pain to unbearable levels; any attempt to bend or move or to take a posture did not produce any relief, apart from the awareness of having no movement limits despite the extreme pain; only the lifting of weights could worsen the pain, but as soon as the effort ceased the pain returned exactly as before; the physical sensation seemed not musculoskeletal but instead belonging to nerves or internal organs; the pain was central, pulsating, to the point that every heartbeat produced a resonating pang that was invalidating and paralyzing; all the teeth hurt, and also the throat, the neck, the esophagus, and the lungs looked stiff and rigid; after several hours of this terrifying pain, a state of invincible panic began to develop, but fortunately a few minutes later the pain decreased by about 10%, stabilizing at a level that was always very high, but still lower than before; this modest but sensitive decrease was sufficient to control anxiety throughout the day; then, after another night of excellent sleep, the next morning the pain was medium-low, and during the day it practically disappeared (only the signs of past suffering remained, like a person hit with punches and kicks); the execution of the three exercises in the evening did not produce any negative consequences; on the contrary, the person's mood improved steadily, and this confirms the hypothesis that those particular physical exercises produced a somatic derepression acting as a triggering concause of a violent and intense phenomenon, which then led to a stable and decisive improvement in tranquility and mood. This case indicates that hypnology must be profoundly reformed and extended, because in my opinion it is too limited in methods and perspectives, and therefore today it is spring not only for the calendar (March 21st), but also for self-healing techniques!
- VOLUME ZERO
(25 Feb 2019). The collected material for my hypno-encyclopedia amounts now to more than 25'000 pages, therefore it will be carefully selected and distilled in order to cut down the overall size; moreover I'm preparing an introductory booklet that I consider necessary, and that will be very handy also for understanding how to use the encyclopedia in the best way. The truth is that you actually cannot learn thoroughly without first emptying your brain, freeing it from crap, and making room for the new.
- THE HYPNO-ENCYCLOPEDIA
(31 Jan 2019). I'm writing a gigantic text (at the moment it's already over 2'000 pages without pictures) which will be a trilogy of reference manuals (a first volume for the many beginners, about hypnotherapy, a second book for the uncommon experts, about the hypnotic trance, an a third manual for the very rare talented practitioners, about hypnology).
