PERSON: woman.
DESCRIPTION: disastrous personal history, depression intractable and refractory to every therapy; intense panic attacks, endless violence and aggressions in her family; recent morbid fears associated with "infernal, unbearable, and persistent" nightmares; nervous system very tired.
APPROACH: utilization of disturbing words (emotional switches) to induce hypnosis; progressive desensitization.
RESULT: end of her nightmares; smoking reduced at its 30%.
UPDATE (6 months): all right (information got from her acquaintances).
