DESCRIPTION: need to reduce the overweight; failure of any diet in the long term; feeling of deep frustration because of the difficulty in reducing weight, in contrast with the easiness in gaining it.
APPROACH: supportive hypnosis for a better self-control.
RESULT: 7 kg lost after just three sessions (spaced out in time).
UPDATE (2 years): almost ideal weight maintained, just a little above the wanted value, but well under control and stable.
