Italian status

The extremely powerful Italian lobbies of physicians and psychologists don't want to accept that today there are also the natural medicines (paramedical, holistic, energetic, psychosomatic, etc.), are tremendously hostile toward complementary approaches and independent clinical hypnosis, and don't hesitate to spread false and misleading information, as witnessed by some documents that I have gathered in this section. Italian law obstinates itself against the recognition of the hypnotherapy profession (which is now diffuse around the world), and still strives and tries even today to dissolve and absorb modern hypnosis (aimed to protect the nervous system and to improve the well-being) into psychotherapy (aimed to cure the psychopathologies). Italy is stuck back in the past century, when there were only medicine and psychotherapy, and nothing else. Fortunately, today we have also the European laws, and in the European Union there are the hypnotherapists as well, and therefore, if Italy intends to stay in Europe, then it will have to resign itself to the fact that medieval age has gone.
